From Academia to Industry

What started as an academic pursuit became a company when we realized the existing battery testing problem that no one was solving fast enough: too many good batteries scrapped, too many bad ones shipped, and too little data to tell the difference.

CeLLife Technologies was founded in 2022 as a spin-off from Tampere University, built on over a decade of research into how batteries behave at the electrochemical level.

We aim to redefine battery quality and end battery re-calls, prevent premature degrading, and failure of batteries. We enable the most advanced data collection and diagnostics ever achieved, paving the way for a new era of battery production and life extension.

By combining both academic research and commercial excellence within our team and our operations. Springing from the highly concentrated technology R&D region of Tampere in Finland, known for its deep tech successes, we reach global markets from Europe onwards.
