Each module can now get a printed label right after testing. The diagnostic result then travels with the battery through sorting, storage, and handover.

In a recycling facility, testing is only the first step. After the measurement, each module moves on to sorting and storage. From there it is handed over for second life or sent to recycling. At every step, the team needs to know which result belongs to which module.
A test result is only useful if it stays with the right battery.
How the Label Printer Option Works
CeLLife Lite tests battery modules in seconds. Our Electrical Fingerprint™ (EFP™) technology captures 2,000 data points in a single measurement. The result is a clear traffic-light triage verdict: second life, evaluate, recycle, or hazardous.
With the label printer option, a label is printed for the module right after the test. The label goes on the module, and the diagnostic result follows it wherever it goes next. Whether the module is headed for second life or recycling, the data stays with the battery.
The measurement is still logged automatically, as before. The label adds a physical record to the module itself.
Built for High-Volume Battery Module Triage
CeLLife Lite is portable and can be deployed anywhere on the facility floor. Anyone on the team can read the result.
