How Electrical Fingerprint™ Works

Traditional battery testing methods measure one or two electrical parameters and draw conclusions from limited data. EFP™ takes a fundamentally different approach.

A single measurement sweeps across multiple frequency ranges, capturing how the battery responds at each one. The result is a rich data signature, the Electrical Fingerprint, unique to every battery.

  • Low-freq Electrochemical aging — capacity fade and degradation patterns.
  • Mid-freq Internal resistance — contact quality and tab-weld integrity.
