We are thrilled to announce that CeLLife has been recognized among top 10 European Startup Prize for mobility (EUSP)— one of Europe’s most prestigious awards for innovation in sustainable mobility.
Named among Top 10 winners and our continuous journey
Founded in 2017 by Karima Delli, Chairwoman of the European Parliament’s Transport & Tourism Committee, together with Boston Consulting Group, Via ID, and supported by the European Parliament and European Commission, the EUSP is a unique public-private initiative. It identifies, accelerates, and promotes the best European startups that are transforming mobility towards greater sustainability, resilience, and inclusiveness.
Each year, the EUSP competition attracts hundreds of applicants from across Europe. After a rigorous selection process by an international panel of experts, 10 outstanding startups are chosen for their innovation, scalability, and positive impact on the future of mobility.
CeLLife is honored to be recognized among this year’s top European mobility innovators. It is a true privilege to be named alongside so many inspiring fellow startups helping to shape the mobility landscape of tomorrow.
We extend our deepest thanks to the EUSP organizers and partners for this recognition and for their leadership in fostering innovation across Europe’s mobility sector.
And above all — a heartfelt thank you to the entire CeLLife team for your hard work, vision, and relentless commitment to building cutting-edge solutions.
This award reinforces our mission: to advance sustainable, efficient, and connected mobility solutions — for cities, citizens, and the planet.
The road ahead is full of opportunity — and we’re ready to go further
What’s Next for CeLLife?
Being part of the EUSP Top 10 cohort also opens the door to an exciting acceleration program, organized by the Prize partners. Over the coming months, CeLLife will take part in a dedicated mentoring and business development track, designed to provide expert support, international visibility, and direct connections to European policymakers, industry leaders, and investors.
This milestone further fuels our momentum as we scale up our solutions, deepen strategic partnerships, and explore new opportunities to deploy our technology across European and global markets.
“Battery manufacturing is extremely complex, involving over 200 steps. A single bad cell is like a rotten apple in the basket — it can spoil the entire batch. We are ready to provide and launch production, but Europe needs equal production capabilities to lead the battery revolution.”
— Roni Luhtala, Co-founder & CEO, CeLLife Technologies Ltd.
Our mission remains clear: to drive innovation and sustainability across the mobility ecosystem — for the benefit of people, industries, and the planet. We look forward to the next chapter and to sharing more progress with you soon!
At CeLLife, we believe the future of energy is not just about bigger batteries — it’s about smarter, longer-living batteries that can drive real, lasting change.
A heartfelt thank you to our brilliant team, visionary partners, and the entire European Startup Prize community for believing in our mission.
The journey is just beginning — and we’re excited for what’s ahead.
